Main gym was heaving so had to use the smaller gym with less weights:
A1. DB Squats 10x20, 12x15, 14x12, 16x10, 20x8, 20x5
A2. Skull crushers 10x20, 12x15, 14x12, 16x10, 18x8, 18x5
B1. Stiff legged deadlift 18x10, 18x10, 18x10, 18x10
B2. DB Tricep extensions 20x10, 20x10, 20x10, 20x10
C1. Goblet squats 26x10, 26x10, 26x10, 26x10
C2. Tate Press 18x10, 18x10, 18x10, 18x10

Really suffered on the runs, my legs were totally blown.
