Stepping it up a little... The next stage
Today I decided to step it up.
I was scheduled to do a Grinder so I added a second chest and back workout to it.
Grinder
200m treadmill @16-17.5km/hr
20kgDB x10 squat jumps
20 Pushups
20 forward and backward lunges
15 burpees
15 jumping jacks
15 Platform jumps
20x18kg Thrusters
10 4-way squat thrusts
20 crossover jumping jacks
x3
This was brutal because the gym was unusually warm today, really struggled to get my breath. Trained with a girl who matched me stride for stride... good toughness!!

Stepped it up a lot today and felt really good.
My TRX rip trainer arrived today so I'm looking forward to playing with it tomorrow.
I've been thinking about a lot of things over the last few weeks and I'm going to talk about it this weekend.
Maybe a little bit of a rant... Something to look forward to hahaha!
