A rest day...
Yesterday I had an entire workout planned. Then lost my workout time...
Then every timing seemed to fail throughout the day.
Finally decide last night to give it up and enjoy a rest day.
This morning I trained with a couple of my clients. Here's the workout:

200m Run / 10 sandbag cleans each side

A1. DB Chest press 28x15, 30x15, 34x15, 36x15
A2. Pushups x15, x15, x15, x15
A3. Pulldowns 80x15, 100x15, 100x15, 100x15
B1. Shoulder press 26x10, 26x10, 26x10, 26x10
B2. Shoulder press 16x10, 16x10, 26x10, 26x10
B3. Bicep Curls 14x12, 14x12, 24x12, 24x12
C1. Leg press 180x15, 26x10, 26x10, 26x10
C2. Skull crushers 14x12, 14x12, 24x12, 24x12
C3. CG Chest 14x12, 14x12, 24x12, 24x12
30 minute Spin Class
Body felt really tired today so took it really easy.

The running seems to be getting easier, although today my legs felt tight. Spent quite a lot of time stretching them out using bands and the foam roller. Also made the amateur mistake of not wearing undershorts. Luckily not enough movement to draw blood.
