Catch up day....

Well I was dreading this.

Didn't miss a lot of stuff this week but enough to make today's workout a challenge.

250m row 15 pushups / 250m row 15 push press

21-15-9 of:

Mountain climbers
Push jerk
Crunches

15 mins bike
15 minute run
AMAP 25 lunge walks / 10 burpees/ 25m jog in 20 minutes

15 minute swim

Utterly brutal!

Nuff said
