First decent workout back...

So today saw me go through putting a little more into my workout.

I found out last night that my severe lack of sleep has been caused by post op depression.

Since the 9th April I've only slept more than 2.5 hours a night once.

Visited the doctor yesterday and she's prescribed me sleeping pills. Apparently they are highly addictive. I'm intending to take them for two nights, to get some sleep.

Then take a couple of nights off, then try it again. till my body resets.

Did this workout at 9am this morning.

Took 50 minutes.

A1. Seated shoulder press 16x12, 18x12, 20x12, 24x12
A2. DB lat raises 8x12, 12x12, 14x12, 16x12
A3. Seated curls 12x12, 14x12, 16x12, 18x12
A4. Tate Press 12x12, 14x12, 16x12, 18x12

B1. Single arm lat raise 20x14, 20x15, 20x15, 20x15
B2. Alternating Db Curl 16x20, 16x20, 16x20, 16x20
B3. Rope extensions 90x12, 100x12, 120x12, 140x12

C1. Front raises 12x10, 14x10, 16x10, 16x10
C2. Bent over lat raises 12x10, 12x10, 12x10, 12x10
C3. Rope hammer curls 80/70x10/10, 90/80x10/10, 100/90x10/10, 110/100x10/10
C4. Tricep Pushdowns 100/90x10/10, 120/1100x10/10, 140/130x10/10, 160/140x10/10

I enjoyed this. It was fun again.
