So what am I trying to do?

Last Wednesday my masseur handed me this book, Your Soul Contract Decoded by Nicolas David Ngan.

So I ordered a copy from Amazon and sat down and started going through it.

You take your birth name and then plot it against a series of hebrew phonetic sounds which correspond to certain numbers and these give you your soul purpose.

I did my numbers and today I have been going through slowly what those numbers mean.

All the issues I've gone though in my life can be clearly seen throughout my reading.

Elements I need to work on. My strengths, my weaknesses.

As I continue I'll give going back this this and revisiting.

In Mark Devine's Sealfit he has the five mountains. One of these includes spirituality. It's as important as the other elements of your training.

I should have done a warmup and a finisher.

I've been having some problems with both my wrists and lower back after last weeks overhead squats. Tried rolling my forearms and doing a full body SMR and band stretch but still feel ultra tight, and restricted movement.

Both knees STILL hurt and my lower back feel restrictive.

I'll get my massage guy to have a go tomorrow but if it doesn't release I'll pop over to my Sports therapist and endure some pain.

  1. just ordered myself and inversion table for my herniated disc between L4/L5 - probably would help out with your knee and back problems. Alison x
