Workouts for Monday and Tuesday...
The last few weeks I have felt utterly drained by the end of the week.
So I've decided to trim the sails and do an 'easy' week.
0730 Monday

2. Pulldowns 60x12, 80x12, 120x12, 140x12
3. Seated row 70x12, 80x12, 90x12, 100x12
4. Lat raises 10x12, 14x12, 16x12, 18x12
5. Hammer curls 18x12, 20x12, 22x12, 24x12
6. Tricep rope extensions 130x12, 140x12, 150x12, 160x12

1030 Tuesday
