A big surprise...
I know I shouldn't be surprised and I should already know that it works, but there is always going to be a small part of you that isn't 100% certain.
I finished my 3rd Fast on Tuesday evening and decided that although my body feels tight and strong, the mirror didn't support my progress.
So I weighed in yesterday morning.
93.6kgs was my starting weight naked. Yesterday half dressed because I'd forgotten before getting dressed I weighed in at 88kgs. Thats a 5.6kgs drop in 9 days.
I'm pleased with that. Still work to be done but heading in the right direction.
This weekend I am going to take a look at my numbers. Tomorrow is the 4th fast, I'm going to try eating breakfast then fasting to after training and breakfast on Saturday.
My theory is this, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday are treat days, so if I can cut the damage back I should be able to make better progress.
Will let you know how I get on.
