DAY 4

Last September I go up slightly late, as you do. Everything was slightly disconnected.
Not massively but something that would normally take a couple of minutes took longer.

I left the house slightly late.
The inside of my car was full of condensation and I had to clean the windows off.
Another minute or so.

I drove to the nation and as result a builder had parked his van across two parking spots pushing me further down the road.

No spaces, so I turned into a small cut de sac and parked up.

4 minutes to get my train. Easily doable.

I took a set of Lebert Equalisers out of the car, put them over my shoulder and started walking round my car towards the station.

Somehow I stumbled, tried to right myself and got caught in the frames. You know what it's like sometimes when you fall over, it hurts, then you lie there for a few seconds and it goes away.

This didn't.

I tried to walk and I couldn't so I kind of dragged myself out of the road and extricated myself from the frames.

My left knee hurt!

My right knee was midway up my thigh.

This was taken literally straight away as I untangled from the frames. Bad picture because I was trying to call an ambulance, and I was in a fair degree of pain.
This is my right knee after I'd removed the tracksuit bottoms. Hard to make out my knee cap above the knee, but that's where it is.

This is the x-ray of my right knee cap.

to be cont....

My progress continues, my transformation and my way back. Small steps.

Literally.
