Circuit 1

Chest Press
Squats
Step Ups
Shoulder press
Burpees
Crunches

1 minute of each, at the end of all 6 exercises take 1 minute recovery. Repeat twice

I count the number of reps during each circuit then try to beat it the second time round.


Circuit 2

Thrusters
Reverse Lunges
Dips
Bicep Curls
Mountain climbers
Plank

1 minute of each, at the end of all 6 exercises take 1 minute recovery. Repeat twice

Circuit 3

Leg Drives
Clean and jerks
Bench hops
Stiff leg deadlifts
Squat jumps
Bicycle crunches

30 seconds of each twice through without rest, then take 1 minute recovery. Repeat twice
