The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty...

Last Friday night I sat down and watched The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty.

It would never have been my first choice of movie, but my 14 year son has been going on and on about it, so I thought I'd give it a look.

He wouldn’t tell me anything about it but told me to watch it. So I did.

It’s a transformational film for me on so many levels.

In essence it’s about a man who looks after negatives at Life magazine.

He’s dull and boring. Life is just a treadmill but he fantasises about doing all these wonderful things.

Negative number 25 is lost from a photographer's reel and in his quest to find the lost negative he journeys out, experiencing the life he’s fantasised about for years.

Are you living in a fantasy?

Do you constantly daydream about being healthier or looking better or performing to a much higher level?

Then get out there and do it. Experience it. Don’t live by your regrets, get out there and taste the life you want.

It’s the only way you’re going to find out who you really are.
